BOBCAT SERVICE & RENTAL ASSISTANT
BOBCAT OF JOHNSTON COUNTY - GARNER, NC
Our Service & Rental Assistants play an important role in our operations. They help keep our Bobcat Service and Rental Departments working efficiently and support other activities at our dealership. They’re team players who enjoy having varying responsibilities, and can also take charge when they identify something that can be improved, or needs to get done.
When we say this could be the beginning of a great career, we mean it! Most of our Service & Rental Assistants are promoted to other positions in our Service, Rentals and Parts departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Rental team in readying equipment for customers
- Assist Service Technicians as required
- Pick up and deliver equipment
- Perform basic equipment maintenance
- Maintain an organized and clean shop environment for our Service Technicians
- Move Bobcat vehicles where they need to be on our lot
- Support other company operations as needed
- Hours M-F, 8am – 5pm
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual Spanish-English is preferred.
- Valid, clean North Carolina driver’s license
- Ability to work independently with little direction
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk extensively throughout our large equipment yard
- Mechanical experience helpful
- Positive attitude
- References required
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Compensation $20-$24/hour; based on experience
- Full benefit package including health insurance, dental insurance, 401K program.
- Paid vacation.
