1. Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of purchase, unless a credit application has been completed and approved.
- Accepted payment methods: credit card, ACH transfer, cash, and check.
- By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected method.
- Customers agree not to dispute charges for valid purchases, rentals, or service work.
2. Returns and Refunds
- Parts: Returns accepted within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
- Special Orders & Electronic Parts: No returns or refunds will be accepted.
- Rentals: Standard rental fees apply; refunds are handled according to rental agreements.
- Service Work: Payments for completed service are final.
3. Late Payments & NSF
- Balances not paid within agreed terms will incur a late fee of 1.5% per month.
- Any returned check or ACH transfer for any reason will incur a $50 fee.
4. Rental Requirements
- Certain rentals require a valid Certificate of Insurance.
- The certificate must:
- List the specific rented equipment.
- Name Triangle Equipment Group as the certificate holder.
- No rentals may travel out of state without prior written approval.
5. Storage Policy
- Any equipment not picked up and paid for within 30 days of completion will incur a $30.00 per day storage fee.
- After 6 months, the equipment will be considered abandoned and surrendered to Triangle Equipment Group.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Verify correct parts before purchase.
- Return rental equipment in the same condition as received; damages may result in additional charges.
- Ensure service work scope is clearly defined before commencement.
7. Liability
- Triangle Equipment Group and affiliates are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Warranty coverage applies only as expressly stated in manufacturer or service agreements.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes regarding charges or services must be submitted in writing within 10 business days.
- Resolution will be attempted internally before mediation or arbitration.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of North Carolina and South Carolina, depending on the location of purchase.
- Venue for disputes shall be the county of the originating transaction.
